Meet The Baker
Hi, I’m Victoria Delili! A wife, homemaker, and lover of all things slow, simple, and made with heart. Some of my fondest memories are of standing beside my mom and grandma in the kitchen, watching them turn simple ingredients into something wonderful. I come from a long line of good cooks, where love was always shown through a warm meal and a full table. Food was never just food, it was how we loved people. We prayed over the meal, and over the people gathered at the table, and I truly believe those moments changed hearts. That same spirit of hospitality and care has shaped so much of who I am today. I’ve always been an old soul, the kind who fits right in with the church ladies, sewing, baking, cooking, and taking care of the people I love most. My faith is woven into everything I do, and I believe that God gave me the gift of nurturing through my hands. Whether that’s through bread, a handmade meal, or simply making our home a place of comfort. Living with lupus has taught me a lot about grace, patience, and listening to my body. I’ve always loved food, but it hasn’t always loved me back. That’s what led me to discover the beauty of sourdough and clean, simple cooking. Learning that when food is made the old-fashioned way, without additives or preservatives, it can be healing. Those lessons became the roots of my bakery, where I now share those same values with our community. But beyond the bakery, I’m happiest doing the quiet, simple things that make life feel full. Sewing, homemaking, making videos, and spending time with the people I love. I find joy in old books, warm bread, soft music, and the steady rhythm of everyday grace. And through it all, I’m so thankful for my husband. My greatest encourager, my partner in everything, and the one cheering me on through every idea and dream. He’s truly the man behind the scenes, through spreadsheets, graphs, and meticulous calculations. I’m forever a husband girl, and I couldn’t do any of this without his love and support. My heart for life, and for Delili Grain Co, is simple: to slow down, to serve others well, and to create things that bring warmth and joy to those around me.
The Bakery Story
The Bakery began from a simple love of baking and sharing food with the people around me. My sourdough journey started a few years ago when I began bringing loaves to friends and family, and seeing their joy made my heart full. Before long, I kept hearing, “You should start a bakery!” something I brushed off at first, but the thought stayed with me. In October of 2024, I took a leap of faith and opened my bakery, Warm & Whisked. I was amazed by how quickly our community embraced it, so many people wanted to bring my bread into their homes! There were plenty of trials and errors along the way, but each one taught me something new. Then came one of life’s sweetest seasons: I got engaged and married six months later! During that time, the bakery took a quieter back seat as I focused on starting this new chapter. Family has always been at the heart of everything I do, both in my own and my husband’s life. We’ve been so blessed to be surrounded by loving, supportive families, and I’m endlessly grateful to carry our last name with both legacy and honor. Now, as I’ve settled into married life, I’m so excited to breathe new life into my bakery with this fresh beginning: Delili Grain Co. As the bakery began to grow and evolve, so did its purpose. Living with an autoimmune disease has taught me the importance of transparency and wholesome ingredients. I know how hard it can be to find cookies, brownies, and goods that are actually good without gluten or grains. So I’ve made that my mission. Here, no one is left out at the table. While my sourdough honors the old-fashioned art of slow baking, many of my other treats are crafted to be gluten-free, some dairy-free and grain-free, all made with ingredients you can trust. You’ll always find a full ingredient list on each product page because honesty is part of the recipe. My faith and family continue to inspire everything that happens within these walls. I believe that food is meant to bring people together, to comfort and to celebrate. Every loaf, every cookie, every moment in this little bakery is a reflection of gratitude for the grace and goodness God has poured into my life. The name Delili Grain Co. is close to my heart, inspired by my new last name, my husband’s Italian roots, and my favorite tree, the Italian cypress. It’s a little piece of everything I love, woven together into something that feels truly me. This next year holds big dreams for Delili Grain Co., and I can’t wait to see what’s ahead. With love and bread, Victoria Delili
